Hiroshi Hara

Hiroshi Hara:Profile

Born on 6 April, 1956 in Seto, Aichi. Hiroshi Hara joined the Animation Workshop held by Japan Animation Association in 1978. He formed "GROUP EBISEN" with its participants to start making 8mm animations in the same year. In 1979, he made his first film "Cemedain Bond and G 17". He has been in practice of dentist since he graduated from Tokyo Dental College in 1983, and has continued to produce animations along with his occupation. He is now making the animations, such as the educational animation program for the NHK, with Macintosh, and has made the educational CD-ROM called "Development of the Dentition". He is also a member of Japanese Animation Association.
